Neostone provides software tools intended to assist finance teams in managing business cash reserves and liquidity decisions, including AI-directed analysis and recommendations. The Service does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and any outputs generated by the platform should be reviewed by appropriately qualified personnel before being acted upon.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorised access to our systems or data; interfering with the normal operation of the platform; reverse engineering or copying any part of the Service without authorisation; or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in breach of these obligations.
5. Fees and Payment

7. Customer Data
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Neostone a limited licence to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will handle Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Neostone does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendations generated will achieve any particular financial outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neostone and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination
